By requesting a quote or booking a service with Trev's Removal, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates only.
• Final pricing is subject to confirmation after:
  • Review of job details
  • On-site inspection if required
  • Verification of access, volume, and condition
• Pricing may change if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

Cleaning Services & Bond Back Guarantee

• Our bond back guarantee applies only to standard end-of-lease cleaning expectations.
• The guarantee does not cover:
  • Excessive pet hair
  • Mould or mildew
  • Heavy grease build-up
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Stains, odours, or wear beyond normal use
  • Areas not included in the original quote
• We will reasonably address agent feedback that falls within standard cleaning scope.

Furniture Removal Services

• Customers must disclose:
  • Fragile or high-value items
  • Oversized or unusually heavy items
  • Access restrictions (stairs, elevators, parking limits)
• We are not responsible for damage caused by:
  • Pre-existing property damage
  • Items not suitable for transport
  • Improper packing by the customer

Cancellations

• Cancellations or reschedules require reasonable notice.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Liability

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current version.
